Enjoy the changing colors of trees while driving through the canyons
- East Maveric and Maughan Road Loop
- Drive towards Big Spring Campground (1/2 hour drive each way)
- Fish Creek to Cover Road (4x4 vehicle required)
Have fun trout fishing in the Portneuf River at any Idaho Fish and Game access (Idaho Fish and Game license required).
Winter and Spring
Fire and Ice Winter Fest - first weekend of February
- Beer and wine tasting, music concerts, Polar Bear float and costume contest, fire dancers, fireworks and more.
